Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for courses that have not commenced. Once access to course materials or live classes is provided, refunds will not be granted.
• Any refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds will only be processed if the course is canceled by GSCM Academy.
• Partial refunds may be considered for exceptional cases at the discretion of the management.

3. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
