Paying by bank transfer? Here's exactly what happens.
Bank transfer is a normal, first-class way to pay here — not a fallback. The account details are shown at checkout once you choose this route.
- You transfer the class fee to the account shown at checkout, and upload a photo or screenshot of the transfer as proof.
- An admin reviews the proof — this is a real person checking, not an automated process.
- Once verified, your access opens immediately and you're notified. This usually takes within one business day.

What is monthly auto-pay by card?+
With monthly auto-pay, you authorise the payment gateway to deduct the relevant class fee automatically each month. You can view your subscription status and cancel future automatic payments from your dashboard, subject to the academy's payment terms.
How long does bank-transfer verification take?+
Bank-transfer payments are normally reviewed within one working day. Access is activated after the payment has been verified and approved.
What happens if my monthly payment is overdue?+
You will receive payment reminders. If payment remains overdue beyond the applicable grace period, access to live classes, recordings, and learning materials may be temporarily paused until payment is completed.
